Sharnie Leith

Director & Team Leader of Litigation

 

Sharnie first joined our firm in 2008 as a Law Clerk on the Litigation Team while completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Newcastle. In 2010, she left to broaden her horizons and gain experience in other areas of legal practice, including working with a multinational mid-tier law firm and a national defence company. In 2018, she returned to the firm she values for its people and well-respected history.

Litigation, with its complexity and many facets, requires a methodical and strategic approach. Sharnie’s flair for problem-solving, keen attention to detail and caring, professional manner with clients make her exceptionally well-suited to this challenging area of law.

Sharnie has a broad range of litigation experience across the different Courts and Tribunals in our legal system, and enjoys mentoring the solicitors in our practice, supporting them  to create the next generation of highly skilled lawyers Aubrey Brown Lawyers is renowned for.
