Peter Kernan
Director and Accredited Specialist in Property Law
Renowned not only for his legal expertise but also for his strong community values and warm, professional manner, we were delighted to welcome him to our team in July 2018. Peter leads our Property Law team and also assists clients with Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
MEET OUR TEAM
Peter has been practising law on the Central Coast since 1989.
As an NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Property Law, Peter provides expert guidance on a wide range of complex property transactions, including residential and commercial conveyancing. He has extensive expertise in off-the-plan developments, assisting both vendors and purchasers. Over the years, Peter has successfully managed conveyancing for numerous large-scale residential subdivisions as well as ski lodges in the NSW snowfields. Peter also has many years experience in commercial law, estates and estate planning.
Having spent most of his life on the Central Coast, Peter is deeply committed to giving back to the local community. He serves as an honorary solicitor for several local sporting and community organisations, including Wamberal Surf Life Saving Club, Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club and Terrigal Trojans Rugby Club. Additionally, he has held various positions on school and club committees in the area.
