Meet
Bethany Lord

Litigation Lawyer

Bethany's diverse background across both plaintiff and defendant work provides her with a well-rounded perspective in litigation matters, particularly those involving complex or sensitive disputes. She takes pride in ensuring every client feels supported and understood throughout the legal process.

MEET OUR TEAM

Joining the Litigation team in December 2025, Bethany brings a wealth of experience in family provision claims and civil litigation to Aubrey Brown Lawyers.

Bethany has a strong foundation in contentious legal work, having previously practised as a lawyer defending Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claims on behalf of major insurers. Prior to this, Bethany developed her litigation skills as a paralegal at a firm specialising in estate litigation, where she assisted in drafting evidence and attending mediations for family provision claims, an area she has since made her own.

Bethany is passionate about her field because of the diversity of clients and the varied nature of the work. She particularly values being able to assist clients during what is often one of the most challenging times in their lives.
