Meet Michelle Bromfield
Growing up on the Central Coast, Michelle aspired to be a Lawyer from the age of 14. She commenced her law career in 2006 as a legal receptionist and progressively worked and studied her way up through a series of more senior and complex roles before graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2018. She gained experience in various practice areas while working for law firms in Sydney’s CBD and North Shore before returning to work on the Central Coast and starting a family.
Knowing Aubrey Brown’s reputation as the region’s leading law firm, Michelle had always aspired to secure a position with us and was thrilled to join us in 2017. With her friendly, empathic disposition and strength in communication and proactive strategising, she is an integral member of our Wills, Estates and Estate Planning team. She takes the time to get to know each client, asking the right questions to ensure she receives the complete picture of their unique circumstances. This ensures her advice and recommendations align with their desired outcomes, often exceeding expectations with her ability to overcome challenges that may seem insurmountable at the time.
Michelle has many interests away from work, spending time with friends, family, home decorating, going to the gym, and dancing, having spent many years taking jazz and contemporary classes and cheerleading for the NRL.
Justice-driven and an eternal optimist, Michelle is driven by a passion for helping clients strategise and forward plan in her role as a Lawyer in our dedicated Wills, Estates and Estate Planning team. Her role in helping people during an emotional time in their lives provides her with a great sense of purpose and satisfaction.
