Director & Estate Planning Team Leader

Rod is the team leader of the Estate Planning Team.

Rod joined Aubrey Brown Partners in the 1970s after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Newcastle University.

Rod has practised in several areas of law during his career with Aubrey Brown Partners, providing him with an extensive range of experience.

Rod now specialises in estate planning and asset protection. Advising clients on how best to structure their affairs to maximise their asset position during their lifetime and for their familiy upon their death.

Rod’s expertise extends to trusts, structures, testamentary trusts, child maintenance trusts and other strategies in this highly specialised area of law.

Rod has been involved with the Board of Wyong Leagues Club for many years and is the Chairman of Wyong Race Club.

Rod is also one of the few Notary Publics’ on the NSW Central Coast.
