Kevin PearceDirector & Litigation and Criminal Law Team Leader Kevin is the team leader of the Litigation Team and an accredited criminal law specialist. During the 1970’s, Kevin worked for the Department of the Attorney General in various Court Houses in roles including Chamber Magistrate and Coroner. Kevin joined Aubrey Brown Partners in 1980 and throughout his career with the Firm has specialised in litigation. He was one of the first solicitors to become an accredited criminal law specialist in 1995. Kevin is the Central Coast’s leading criminal lawyer, and has the experience and advocacy skills to obtain the best outcome possible for clients. Kevin has exceptional negotiation skills. Since its inception in 1983, Kevin has acted as a coach and a judge in the state wide mock trial competitions. Kevin has also been appointed as an Arbitrator of the Local Court of New South Wales. When not practising law, Kevin is heavily involved in the community with the Salvation Army Oasis Centre. He is also a director of Wyong Race Club and a director of Wyong Rugby League Club. Kevin is also a member of the Criminal Law Specialist Accreditation Unit which assesses lawyers applying to become accredited criminal law specialists.
