Guy Sullivan

Director & Family Law Team Leader

Guy is the head of the Conveyancing Team at Aubrey Brown Partners.

Guy commenced practising as a Solicitor in 1996 and joined Aubrey Brown Partners in 1999.

He has a wide experience in many areas of law, however he has practised exclusively in conveyancing for the past three years.

Guy has expertise in all of the land titles in New South Wales, including old system title, strata title, community title and perpetual leaseholds.

Guy’s background means that he considers the other issues that arise when purchasing a property, including the entity being used as a purchaser and the tenancy chosen to make sure that client’s are securing their assets in the most effective way possible.

Guy enjoys golf, snow skiing, surfing, basketball and horse racing.
