Chris Manning

Director & Wills & Probate Team Leader

Chris worked with the Department of Attorney General and Justice for 10 years in the Court House before joining Aubrey Brown Partners in 1975.

Throughout his career with Aubrey Brown Partners, Chris has practised in many areas of law but is now a specialist in the area of Wills and Probate.

Chris’ broad legal experience means that, when drafting wills for clients, he can ensure that they properly address any family law issues, tax issues or stamp duty issues that may arise in the future.

Chris also has expertise in contesting estates and can give advice to clients on how this affects their Will, as well as to people who may have been left out of an estate about their rights.

Chris is an active member of the Toowoon Bay Life Saving Club and Rotary.

Chris enjoys swimming, surfing, bike riding and walking.
