Iain Mark

Litigation Team Member

Iain is a member of the Litigation Team. He grew up in the Central West of New South Wales before relocating to Newcastle in 1999 to study Environmental Science and then law at the University of Newcastle.

After completing his Law Degree, Iain moved to the Hunter Valley where he worked as a solicitor primarily in the areas of commercial property law, conveyancing and commercial litigation. He then relocated to the Central Coast and joined Aubrey Brown Partners in 2008 and has worked in the Litigation Team ever since.

As a member of the Litigation Team, Iain represents clients in civil claims including those affecting workplace rights, professional negligence, contract law and building disputes.

In his spare time, Iain plays cricket for a local Central Coast cricket team and enjoys going to the beach and spending time with his family.
